I am a recent gradate from the University of New Mexico looking to pursue my dreams in the beauty and makeup industry. I will be continuing my education at Paul Mitchell the School in Denver, where I hope to learn new techniques in not only hair styling, cutting, and coloring but also makeup. While in College at the University of New Mexico I had the opportunity to take a theater makeup class and spend one semester learning the techniques in doing makeup that can be seen in the audience no matter where they may sit. I hope to continue my education and take on various volunteer opportunities in which I can gain experience and build my portfolio. Although most of my portfolio is theater makeup I am very interest in beauty makeup used in weddings, photography and various formal events.
